Every class is designed to be fun, challenging, build functional strength and body awareness.



Morning Madness is a fun, functional and challenging blend of Strength, Cardiovascular and High Intensity Interval Training Methods. Each session is unique and modified for multiple fitness levels. We utilize specialized equipment like the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, Super Bands and many more. Most classes run about 45 min with 5-10 minutes of final mobility stretching. Be ready to sweat!

Building upper body strength using light weights with yoga techniques.

Using 6 strength training machines.

Formatted as a 75 minute practice. This class immerses students into a deeper experience of their yoga. It brings them into a place of peace and harmony and balance through yoga asana, pranayama/breathwork, chanting mantra, chi-kung/tai-chi practices and meditation. This class weaves gentle restorative healing poses, with powerful strength building poses. It flows from some fluid vinyasa breath and movement poses, into coming into stillness and holding the poses strongly in place. An emphasis in "Deeper Yoga" classes is the cultivation of self-awareness/self-acceptance and inner reflection/connection, as students flow with their breath and movement. Within the framework of peaceful music and supportive accepting teaching, students are invited to dive deeper into their yoga practice, into peaceful empowerment, stillness, centering, relaxation, and healing.

Strength/Flexibility, Balance, Core Strengthening using body weight resistance and/or elastic bands then concluding with stretching.

Stretch your major muscle groups along with the stability muscles.

Morning gentle and dynamic yoga. Awaken to your day, and increase your flexibility with some gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises. Feel the benefits of a centering yoga practice, combined with your gym workouts, assisting you to embrace your health and wellbeing with a positive mental attitude.
