    Daryl is an ACE certified personal trainer and a USA Boxing Amateur boxer. She is also a veteran of the United States Navy and a 2007 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. Her interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals began in 2006 when she trained people who were having difficulty passing the Navy’s Physical Readiness Test. She currently helps others achieve their goals through a personalized program and a boxing fitness regimen. Boxing fitness is a great way to exercise because it gets the heart rate going, provides stress relief, and is a lot of fun!

    Bret has worked in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer, Coach, Athletic Trainer and Physical Education Teacher for over 10 years. He has had the special opportunity to work with multiple populations and different physical abilities. Bret will no doubt help you achieve not only your fitness goals but leading you to a healthier and happier state of being. Bret has enjoyed sports and activities my entire life and has found it not only rewarding but inspiring to see the clients he works with find the joy of not only remaining active, but finding new and exciting physical challenges. The physical, emotional and nutritional changes that stem from having a healthy lifestyle pay you back in so many ways, and whatever need you have in achieving better Health and Wellness Bret will be by your side every step of the way.     Michael has an Undergraduate Degree in Physical Education along with a Postgraduate Degree in Personal Training and High Performance Training. 20 years experience in Personal Training, Michael specializes his training in Bodybuilding; Powerlifting; Pregnancy and after birth; Injuries; Weight loss; Nutrition and body transformation; Geriatric Exercise; Osteoporosis and posture. He also does sports coaching in several sports such as Soccer, Volleyball, Handball, Basketball, Track and Field, and Self-Defense.     Bowser is a Certified Fitness Specialist. Bowser has been in the fitness industry for 2+ years and is currently working on attaining his degree in Kinesiology for Physical Therapy. His philosophy is, "Let exercise be your medicine." Bowser is a competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and has some experience in Boxing as well as in Muay Thai Kickboxing.

    Rob Innerfeld has recently taken early retirement from his career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to pursue his two loves of; teaching/sharing the peace and light of yoga , and traveling to beautiful pristine places in nature around the world.He has trained extensively in yoga, martial arts, tai-chi, chi-kung,and meditation over the past twenty years. He brings this diverse background of mind body spirit perspectives into the yoga/chanting/meditation classes that he teaches. He has completed his 200 hour yoga teacher training in the “Deep Yoga” style of yoga, grounding his teaching practice in the ancient texts and wisdoms of yoga,blended in with his deep love and connection with nature.He is a 200 hour RYT Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. He has been teaching his “Deeper Yoga” classes for the past eight years with a supportive, peaceful, gentle teaching style, which allows students the freedom to relax into the joy and grace of their yoga. And on this journey progress/flow from the more restorative healing poses into and through the more dynamic poses , embracing peaceful personal empowerment with a smile.
